Job Description: Customer Support Associate

The Customer Support Associate role at BigBasket involves handling customer queries through voice and non-voice processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in rotational shifts, and basic typing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling customer queries and issues through voice calls or non-voice channels
  • Providing professional, courteous, and accurate support
