Job Description: Customer Support Associate
The Customer Support Associate role at BigBasket involves handling customer queries through voice and non-voice processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to work in rotational shifts, and basic typing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and issues through voice calls or non-voice channels
- Providing professional, courteous, and accurate support
- Maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Following process guidelines and performance standards
- Working in a fast-paced environment with rotational weekly off
- Ensuring typing accuracy of 90 percent with a minimum speed of 28 WPM
