Role Overview: Associate Performance Analyst
This position plays a key role in monitoring and improving the performance of utility-scale renewable energy plants, especially solar plants. The analyst is responsible for tracking plant performance, identifying issues, improving reporting processes, and developing automated tools.
The role blends data analytics, monitoring systems, technical understanding, KPIs, automation, reporting, and renewable energy knowledge.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring
You will regularly monitor the health of renewable energy plants using a performance monitoring system. This includes:
- Reviewing alarms generated by monitoring tools
- Identifying technical problems
- Spotting early signs of underperformance
2. KPI Calculation
As an analyst, you must calculate and track essential performance metrics such as:
- Availability
- Performance Ratio (PR)
- System efficiency
- Output patterns
These KPIs are crucial for evaluating plant health and operational stability.
3. Data Analysis & Root Cause Investigation

Required Work Experience

Education and Qualifications
